Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled.

Handmade and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at nayrahstudio@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line. We will then arrange for a courier to collect your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
